Today, the Lord explained that verse to me in living color! What I ate physically, mentally, and of the Spirit in my spirit, gave me satisfaction, and helped me to know, that when He is what you are feeding on, and He is Who gives you what you eat for your human body as well, all can be in agreement and at peace with the amount.
